Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the garments and place them in the original shipping box along with the printed return form to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
